How to Register at GST Portal?  
  • Visit https://reg.gst.gov.in/registration/ on online GST Portal to fill up your details in the registration form. 
  • They are asking some basic details in registration form such as are you taxpayers, or tax deductor, or Tax collector, or GST practitioner, select one of them.
  • Then, choose your state & district by a person or organization who are registering for. 
  • Enter details of your legal name of the business which is same mentioned in your PAN and also enter PAN Number in given field.
  • Enter your Email address and mobile number of the registrant.
  • After that, you will receive one-time password OTP on your registered mobile number to access Form B and filled.
  • Once both forms filled, then submit the required documents to GST officer. They may ask for more documents if needed to verify and approve the application.
  • Finally, if application approved successfully for GST registration, the certificate will receive.
Who is Eligible to Register for GST?

(i) The eligibility criteria for registration for GST are primarily based on a set of policies regulated by the government and may differ a bit in every state. 

(ii) The simple standards for GST registration who have annual turnover higher than Rs.20 lakhs, and Rs.10 lakhs for special states category. 

(iii) This turnover is merely eligible to businessmannon-resident taxable person and casual taxable person, also who deals in goods and services business in any manner. The supply of only these goods or services which are exempt in GST is not counted in this list.

(iv) A casual taxable man/woman is an Indian who once in a while takes up the supply of only those goods or services which might be exempt under GST. 

(v) A non-resident taxable person is a non-resident of India who requires to follows the same exercise.

Which Documents are required for GST registration?

The primary documents necessary for the registration under GST consider the PAN of the business organization without it the registration process for any business cannot take for the further place. 

Within this, (a) ROC of the company, (b) Memorandum of Association (MOA) or Articles of Association (AOA), (c) Copy of Bank Statement, (d) Declaration to comply with the provisions and (e) Copy of Board resolution are also necessary to be uploaded on the GST website.

10th File GST Return 7: 10th of the next month

10th File GST Return 8: 10th of the next month

31st File GST Return 9,9A: 31st December of next FY

31st File GST Return 10: Within 3 months of cancellation
